Yoga Classes SW1We don’t believe in big classes, where you get lost in the crowd and your technique doesn’t develop. As such, our classes have a maximum of 5 people in, so each student can get focussed attention and see the improvement after each session. We currently have 3 yoga classes running, on a Tuesday and Thursday from 12pm to 1pm and a Friday from 1pm to 2pm.
