Sweating on the SquareSpring is here so we’re kicking off our Sweating on the Square sessions- fun workouts aimed at getting your heart-rate going in the beautiful setting of St James’s Square. Classes will be aimed at people of all fitness levels, and promise to be one of the most unique workouts in one of the most beautiful settings in London. The park is closed to the public before 9am and after 4pm, so we’ll be putting on private classes when the park is closed. To meet our Sweating on the Square instructor, click here. Note: Classes leave from the back entrance to the In and Out, no. 7-9 Babmaes Street. All classes will need to be pre-booked, as space is very limited. To book, email info@sw1gym.co.uk. Showering facilities are available after the session at the gym.
