Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer
I’ve always found the human body fascinating, so working as a bodywork and movement therapist enables me to learn something new everyday which is why I love what I do. I first studied massage 6 years ago and continued on to study Sports Massage. It was with this that I realised how important massage is and how much it can help people, whether it was a niggling old injury or lower back pain which was causing them not to sleep at night.
I knew how to treat these problems with massage but wanted to learn more about preventing and treating them through exercise which lead me on to complete my Diploma in Personal Training with Premier Training International.
I definitely have a more holistic approach to the way I work, having the knowledge from being a massage therapist, personal trainer and nutrition really allows me to look at everything from all angles, allowing me to give you the best service possible and to pass my knowledge onto you to achieve amazing results!
