Personal Trainer | Boxing Coach | Sports Massage Therapist

From a young age I have been a very active person with a passion for sport and fitness. I have worked with a broad range of people helping them achieve their health and fitness goals including weight loss, toning and muscle gain.

Motivated and enthusiastic, I thrive on enabling people to reach their targets using a range of fitness theories and practices. I am ABAE qualified in boxing training and am currently teaching this in schools as part of an initiative to promote social inclusion through sport.

I am also an experienced massage therapist, and I believe that massage therapy is an important part of a training regime. Having worked with clients linked to a range of sports including running, cycling and swimming I would strongly advocate its use for body recovery. Massage is an integral part of general health and wellbeing as it relieve stress, aches and pains linked with our busy work lives and daily routines.
