In terms of private training, we offer a free initial consultation to get a better understanding your needs, and let you know how our team can help you to achieve your goals. This also gives you a chance to meet us and ask any questions you may have about training.
To make your life simple, our All Services session blocks are inter-changeable and can be swapped across all the services we offer (excluding Allergy Testing and Nordic Walking).
