We recently started training the lovely Lydia from The Resident Magazine, a magazine which covers some of the more well-heeled parts of London including Mayfair and St James.
She felt like she wanted to shed some pounds and get in shape for 2011, so we set her up to do a 4 week version of it to get her going. Her program included a whole gamut of services including personal training, yoga, pilates, Nordic walking and we (gratefully for her!) threw in a sports massage every 2 weeks. On top of that, we had her training with a few of our trainers including Sara, Alex, Georgina and Lucy, so she really tapped into what we're all about.
And the result? Lydia was blown away with the program and lost almost 10 pounds and 12 inches in total in only 4 weeks. She felt it gave her the fitness kick-start she needed and she even started to change her life to make the most of the training.
