Physical Spring Clean

We’ve always prided ourselves on our holistic approach, and feel that by offering a range of services tailored to suit each client, our clients can grow and achieve a balanced body and mind. With that in mind, we’ve created the perfect way to get you in shape- the holistic Nordic Balance way. It’s called the Physical Spring Clean and is aimed at getting you up and running (or walking, swimming  or biking...) within 6 weeks.

 

How does it work? We start off with a full consultation and physical assessment, where we work with you to understand your goals and understand where you are physically.  Off the back of that we put together a full program, aimed at helping you to get to where you want to be.

 

The program includes:

  • a Physical Assessment,
  • a full Nutritional Analysis,
  • 3 sessions a week of training involving anything from Cardio to Core, Flexibility and Functional training, and 
  • 3 deep-tissue Sports Massages

It works out to 23 sessions over 6 weeks, so is not for the faint hearted, but if you want to feel great and kick-start your summer then this is for you.  Done separately this would cost almost £1300, but as a package we’re offering it for only £1150.
