In and Out Squash

SW1 SquashOne of the best ways to get in shape is to play squash. Said to be one of the most intense workouts you can do in 40 minutes, squash is a great way to get the heart pumping and the best thing is that by focussing on the little black ball, often you forget about all the hard work you’re doing.  Our squash community has been growing solidly and we have an active squash league which keep things competitive.

 

As such, we’d like to announce that David Edwards, a Club member and mighty fine squash player to boot, has been appointed the In and Out Squash Captain. His main brief is to grow the squash community within the club, incorporating both an internal Club competition and joining external leagues. If you’re interested in taking part in either please let Pierre know via pierre@nordicbalance.co.uk .
