Sport has always been a huge part of my life and I knew from an early age that I would be involved in the fitness industry in some way. It wasn’t, however, until I ruptured my achillies tendon and had to undergo a sports rehabilitation programme myself that I realised this was how I wanted to be involved.
My sports rehabilitation and injury prevention degree gave me the opportunity to gain clinical and sports specific knowledge in the worlds of judo, rugby, football and running, and subsequently I was able to work alongside a variety of individuals and teams. Since that time I have specialised in massage and soft tissue manipulation within sports injury clinics in London.
I am passionate about what I do and am proud of the relationships that I form with my clients. I thrive on the positive effects that massage has and working alongside dedicated individuals in order to help them achieve their goals.
