Nutritional tip for the guys:
is all that protein getting expensive? Don't worry here's my top six of
the month that will add strength and size without weakening your wallet.
- Red kidney
beans
- Cottage
cheese
- Canned tuna
- Chicken
breast
- Cashew nuts
- Milk
It’s a small price for large gains!
Exercise tip for the girls: You'll burn 3 times as much fat if
you swap that boring long-winded, same-paced run for HiiT ( High intensity
interval Training). These are shorter periods of hard work mixed with periods
of recovery. Give it a go- as they say, no pain no gain!
Nutritional tip of the month for those with High blood pressure: 6g a day of
brown Wakame seaweed drops systolic blood pressure by 10 points, dramatically
reducing your risk of heart attack and stroke. The seaweed binds to the sodium
in your gut, decreasing it's absorption into your bloodstream and improving
your circulation.
