Is Personal Training the way to Jennifer Aniston's body? Read this to find out...

We've recently started training Sabrina, a contributing editor at Women's Fitness. She's signed up to do a bespoke 4 week program called the Body Refurb- it's not for the faint hearted and is a great way to kick start your fitness regime.

 

Ultimately she wants to look like Jennifer Aniston (but will setlle for Halle Berry if need's be!), so we've pooled the skills of our team and come up with something that works for her. She's doing 3 PT sessions a week, working across our trainers to have a completely personalised program which suits her, and her goals. We throw in a few sports massages (to help relieve stress and allow muscles to recover) and include a full physical, nutritional and postural assessment. So it's full on, but she's loving it and will no doubt start to see the benefits in no time.

 

We're loving what she's written so far, and she's agreed to keep blogging as she goes along, so expect more where these came from...
