By Popular Demand- new boxing class Monday 5:30pm

Due to popular
demand we’ve now added another Boxing class, which is on Mondays at 5:30pm.
These fun workouts combine the more technical elements of boxing with a good
cardio workout, and are perfect for men and women of all levels of experience. Each
class has a maximum of 5 people, so you’re sure to get focussed attention from Simon
(who, coincidentally, used to be trained by the current World Heavyweight
Champion, David Haye).
