In our one to one sessions or group classes we work using gloves and focus pads to work on all of the boxing techniques used in the ring. These sessions, for complete beginners or advanced boxers will help you gain the fitness level and skills needed to create those high number combinations you see the pro's using.
Boxing as a sport and its training regimes can benefit in a number of ways from increased CV fitness, improved co-ordination, increased confidence, de-stressing, proprioceptive gains and improved core function. It is a great way to get fit whilst learning a new skill.
The techniques taught in these fun and varied sessions include correct stance and guard, footwork, basic to advanced punch combinations, defence and correct use of focus pads.
